Responsibilities

Build and ship full-stack features leveraging LLMs and agentic systems for Qualtrics’ text analytics capabilities.
Work across databases, backend systems, and user interfaces to deliver product functionality.
Collaborate with engineering teams in the Enrichments space to integrate work and resolve downstream dependencies.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality practices to maintain reliable code.
Learn and apply new AI tooling and development practices.
Own assigned projects, coordinating dependencies and stakeholder communication through successful delivery.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or a related technology field.
0–2 years of full-time software development experience.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices, code reviews, testing, and engineering collaboration.
Experience with at least one modern programming language and willingness to learn Java and Spring.
Some exposure to UI development is helpful but not required.
Exposure to AWS technologies.
Evidence of shipping features or projects through academic, personal, or professional work.
