Responsibilities

Develop scalable platform services and data services that enable research insights and customer applications.
Design high-performance, cost-effective services for handling and de-identifying large-scale datasets.
Work with distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, software architecture, and design patterns.
Balance privacy, security, reliability, efficiency, correctness, and evolving product requirements.
Contribute to an ethical, collaborative, and positive work environment and complete ongoing privacy, ethics, and security training.

Requirements

3+ years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, including Java, C#, or Python, along with data structures and algorithms.
Understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
Experience designing or using distributed systems, data pipelines, and APIs.
Proven ability to build reliable, secure, scalable software and solve complex problems.
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
Prior experience with containers and Kubernetes is a plus.

Salary: $110k - $145k/yr
