Responsibilities

  • Write efficient and maintainable code using software development best practices.
  • Design, query, and optimize database solutions for scalability and performance.
  • Debug and resolve coding, design, and database-related issues under senior engineer guidance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
  • Update and maintain existing software and database solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of software development experience; internships or personal projects are welcome.
  • Experience with Java or a similar programming language; Python is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue and full-stack development concepts.
  • Basic understanding of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Exposure to Unix/Linux environments.
  • Eagerness to learn about RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions and seek help.
  • Strong programming and software design skills, including readiness to complete coding exercises during the interview process.
