Responsibilities

Own and drive distributed systems problems from inception through production launch.
Collaborate with engineers to identify and prioritize impactful projects.
Improve engineering quality while maintaining reliable and operationally lean systems.
Mentor and grow engineers while learning from experienced team members.
Build, debug, test, and solve engineering problems using AI tools where appropriate.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience.
Strong distributed systems fundamentals and experience solving problems at scale.
Ability to take ideas from concept through implementation and production delivery.
Strong ownership of quality, reliability, observability, performance, and customer experience.
Adaptability, flexibility, curiosity, positivity, and resilience in an ambiguous startup environment.
Java experience is preferred but not required.
