Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and PostgreSQL.
Build and consume APIs and microservices while maintaining code quality through testing and reviews.
Build, manage, and deploy CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Pipeline.
Implement containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Dynatrace.
Own the application lifecycle from design and build through deployment, operation, and optimization.
Support release management and production deployments.
Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and database issues.
Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and delivery teams.

Requirements

6–8 years of software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, microservices, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience across both software development and DevOps, with ownership of build-and-run activities.
Ability to work across application, infrastructure, and data layers and solve technical problems across them.
Knowledge of Git, extension strategies, Agile/Scrum delivery, secure coding, and basic application security practices.
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
Desirable: Spring framework experience, advanced PostgreSQL features such as row-level security and performance tuning, telecom/OSS/GIS domain exposure, API security, RBAC models, and SRE/reliability engineering practices.
