Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications using RAG and Agentic AI frameworks.
Build and optimize machine learning models and scalable data pipelines supporting AI workflows.
Implement Python-based APIs using FastAPI and Flask for AI model integration.
Work with vector databases, embeddings, and LLMs including GPT-4, Claude, and Mistral.
Debug and optimize AI systems across the stack for performance and reliability.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
Develop internal AI standards, reusable components, and best practices.
Use testing and validation frameworks for AI components and document technical designs, workflows, and research findings.

Requirements

Requires 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
Strong Python programming skills and a foundation in object-oriented programming and software engineering principles.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or Hugging Face.
Experience with Git, Docker, Jenkins, Airflow, and CI/CD workflows.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP and services such as S3, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
Understanding of vector databases such as OpenSearch, Pinecone, or Weaviate and embedding techniques.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data manipulation.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and work independently or collaboratively.
