Responsibilities

Design and develop features based on customer requirements and business goals.
Lead, mentor, and guide engineers while setting technical direction and strategy for critical product areas.
Manage project activities including design, coding, reviews, testing, observability, tooling, and on-call support.
Build highly reliable and fault-tolerant software for large-scale customers.
Ensure service reliability, availability, debuggability, performance, operational readiness, and maintainability.
Design and build Kubernetes-based, OCI-compliant container compute platform features that can scale with changing customer and business needs.

Requirements

10+ years of industry experience building features and capabilities for large-scale systems or infrastructure-level platforms.
Extremely strong computer science fundamentals and experience building distributed systems.
Hands-on coding experience in Java, C++, or Go is highly desirable.
Ability to work onsite at the downtown Bellevue office.
Experience building products or services with Kubernetes is preferred.
Experience designing and implementing multi-cloud products or features across AWS, Azure, and GCP is preferred.
Experience implementing multi-tenant systems with a focus on performance, isolation, and security is preferred.
Ability to collaborate across functions and teams and contribute to a transparent, knowledge-sharing team environment.
