Assist in developing safety-critical embedded software for industrial systems.
Build low-level firmware to control electromechanical actuators, process high-speed sensor data, and execute fault-tolerant control logic.
Support control architecture, state machine, and data acquisition system development.
Contribute to automated build, test, and validation infrastructure.
Integrate firmware with hardware and troubleshoot electromechanical systems alongside cross-functional engineering teams.
Debug embedded systems using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, and other laboratory instrumentation.
Support integrated system testing and commissioning on production equipment.
Work extended hours and weekends as necessary.
Requirements
Be a current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
Have development experience in C, C++, Golang, Python, or Rust.
Have a general understanding of embedded or low-level systems development.
Demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Preferred qualifications include data acquisition experience, electrical hardware troubleshooting or PCBA bring-up, digital signal processing coursework or projects, low-level communication protocol debugging, and PLC/SCADA coursework or project experience.
Benefits
