Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, maintain, and upgrade Oracle Xstore POS applications.
  • Deliver at least four full-cycle Oracle Xstore implementation projects and contribute to at least two Xstore version-upgrade projects.
  • Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations across ERP, CRM, OMS, EFTLink, customers, articles, prices, promotions, and sales or settlement systems.
  • Work with business teams to understand requirements, design technical solutions, and translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Perform root cause analysis for critical production issues and provide solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards, perform unit testing, and support enhancements, new features, and localization requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and QA teams.
  • Perform proofs of concept and mentor team members.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of IT experience with a strong focus on Oracle Xstore POS.
  • Experience with at least two Xstore version-upgrade projects.
  • Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate.
  • Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills.
  • Experience with the Oracle Retail ecosystem and POS integrations.
  • Experience with at least four end-to-end Xstore implementations.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting is a plus.
